My Details

How do I change my personal details?
Once you have logged in as a member you can change your contact details, address, username and password.

What personal information of mine do you store?
Swish Wine store your contact details, postal and email addresses, username and password.     
 
Do you sell or give my information to other parties?
Swish Wine Pty Ltd will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists or our customer's contact lists (including customer data) to any outside firms nor will Swish Wine Pty Ltd use customer contact lists for our own marketing purposes. All emails that you have requested will have an option to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled within minutes and no further communications will be sent to users who have stated that they do not wish to receive the specified information.

How do you keep my personal records secure?
Swish Wine Pty Ltd has made a substantial investment in the latest server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect our information assets. These technologies are deployed as part of sophisticated security architecture. All data resides in a tightly controlled, secure data centre. These investments mean that information about the identity and preferences of individual members is never accessible to anyone outside Swish Wine Pty Ltd. We will maintain safeguards to protect the security of these servers and your personally identifiable information.

Does Swish Wine have a Privacy Policy?
Swish Wine Pty Ltd explicitly asks when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). Your personal information is used to create your personal access to our email marketing product, and to contact you in the course of using this product. Financial information that is collected is used to verify, identity and to bill either you or your company for products and services, as applicable. Demographic and profile data collected by Swish Wine Pty Ltd may be used to tailor this web site or any requested email communications, and to display information that is more relevant to you. Swish Wine Pty Ltd also compiles demographic and product use information, but in the aggregate only, and may make that aggregate information publicly available. Under no circumstances will Swish Wine Pty Ltd make any personal information about an individual user available to anyone.
Your email address is used to only send you information that you have requested. As part of your use of our email marketing software, Swish Wine Pty Ltd allows you to elect to receive, or not receive, certain information from Swish Wine Pty Ltd. Swish Wine Pty Ltd adheres strictly to permission-based email policy. Except as mentioned above, Swish Wine Pty Ltd will not send you unsolicited email information, commercial offers or advertisements.

Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply visit our online store, choose the wine or products you would like to order and proceed to the checkout. You will be prompted to fill in all the information that we need.

Can I change my order once I have placed it?
Call us on (02) 8088 4222 within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Do I have to order wine by the dozen?
No there is no minimum order, if you just need one bottle we can send it to you.

What happens if a product I order is out of stock?
Our online shop is kept up to date at all times. If for some reason a product is out of stock when you order, we will contact you as soon as we receive your order to offer a replacement or refund your total purchase price.

What currency’s do you accept?
At Swish Wine we take Australian Dollar. All of our prices are displayed in Australian Dollars only.

Do I have to be over 18?
Yes you do. Australian Law prohibits the sale of alcohol to those under 18 years of age. It is a requirement of Swish Wine that before every purchase, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. Orders placed without this confirmation will not be processed.

Do I need to be a Swish Wine Club member to buy wine?
No, simply proceed to the online store, to place your order.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do. Visit our online store and purchase to your heart’s content.

Delivery

What are the costs of delivery?
While we endeavour to keep delivery costs to a minimum, they do vary from state to state. You will be advised of the cost of delivery when you place your order.

How do you deliver my wine?
Wine is delivered by Australia Post

Can I collect my wine from your Cellar Door?
Yes you can. Simply select the ‘Collect from Cellar Door’ option when you place your order.

Can I nominate a specific time for delivery?
Unfortunately, Australia Post do not offer this service.

Where can you deliver to?
We deliver to all of mainland Australia and Tasmania.

What if the wine I receive is damaged or I don’t like it?
All wine delivered by Swish Wine is backed by our customer guarantee. If when a wine is delivered it is damaged, faulty, or simply doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

What credit cards do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Is there an extra charge for using my credit card?
No.

Do the listed prices contain GST?
Yes they do.
