Membership Terms
Minimum Age
You must be 18 years or older to become a member and accept delivery of wine.
Minimum Term and Early Termination
By agreeing to receive a set number of cases per year at a minimum
discount, Club Members are agreeing to receive wine for a minimum term.
As your commitment to buy increases, the discount you receive is
greater. If you terminate your membership prior to the end of the
agreed term you will forfeit your membership benefits and be liable to
pay your choice of:

The outstanding balance on the remainder of the term (in which case you will receive the wine); or

An Adjustment Amount equal to the discount benefit on cases already
received since the commencement of the term. The Adjustment Amount will
be calculated by multiplying the Case Discount by the number of cases
received. The Case Discount is calculated by subtracting the Member’s
Subscription Amount per case from the Retail Value of each case
received.
Alteration and Termination After Minimum Term
Club Members will have their membership renewed automatically and will
continue to receive wine at the same volume, price, and frequency until
they give written notice they would like to cease (see above) or alter
their membership. Such notice must be given at least two weeks prior to
their next scheduled delivery.
Casual Membership
Casual Members are not bound by Minimum Term commitments and may
cancel their Casual Membership at anytime. Casual Members will continue
to receive wine at the agreed volume, price, and frequency until they
give written notice they would like to cease. Such notice must be given
at least two weeks prior to their next scheduled delivery.
Delivery
Most orders are fulfilled within a week but please allow up to 14
days. Delivery to outlying areas will be to the agent's nearest depot.
It’s no problem if you need to change or skip a scheduled delivery
because you’ll be away, or your cellar’s too full, or you’d like it
sent to a friend instead. All we ask is you give us at least two weeks
notice prior to the scheduled delivery.
Delivery Charges
All delivery charges are passed on to the Club Members and Casual
Members at cost. For a full list of Delivery Charges please contact
Swish Wine. Delivery Services are provided by Australia Post and other
third parties and Delivery Charges may change at any time and without
warning. Swish Wine takes no responsibility for such changes and
reserves the right to pass on revised charges in full.
Consistent Value
Swish Wine reserves the right to select and vary the case
composition based on wine availability and new vintage releases. The
retail value of each case the Club Member receives over the course of
the membership will average no less in value than the advertised retail
value you signed up for. Swish Wine reserves the right to revise retail
values to ensure that they are current at the time of dispatch.
Quality Assurance
If a wine becomes unavailable, a similar wine of greater value may
be supplied. If you are unhappy with the substitute we'll refund you.
We offer a no questions asked exchange on any wine you don’t enjoy.
Swish Wine will collect the offending bottle and dispatch its
replacement at our own expense.
Currency of details
It is up to the Club Member to maintain the currency of their
payment and shipping details. Swish Wine will not be held liable for
lost stock shipped to out of date addresses. Swish Wine reserves the
right to pass on charges incurred for dishonoured payments and
re-shipping of returned stock.
Changes
Swish Wine reserves the right to make changes to these Membership
Terms from time to time. As a Club Member you will be notified of any
change prior to the next scheduled delivery.
Privacy
Swish Wine complies with all Australian privacy laws. We will not
